The new accommodation is wrapped around a top lit two storey atrium entrance lobby providing daylight to the centre of the house and featuring a glass bridge linking the master bedroom and the first floor study.

The new sunken garden room is linked at the front to the lower ground floor kitchen and breakfast area by a flight of six steps and at the rear opens out on to the patio with external steps and ramp leading up to the garden terrace.

A small kitchen carefully planned to utilise the space in an efficient and pleasing way with individually designed and purpose made modern units finished with steel and birch ply.  The floating floor is tailor made with douglas fir boards with clear sealed finish

Rented Notting Hill House

The Grade II listed terraced house was modernised and extended with a third floor added. The interior was fitted out to a high standard with additional bathrooms and ensuite accommodation provided for the letting market.

Large Semi-detached Bromley House

A spacious full width kitchen and dining area was created with flop space extending out into garden and incorporating a linear roof light which optimises the daylight and sunlight penetrating the room interior.
